    Facebook is a MUST

    As a business owner, you have to be on Facebook. The reason is that this is where everybody is. This is how they start their day. This is how they interact with the world as a marketing consultant, I have seen so many improper ways that businesses approach based on and one of the key things that businesses do and the mistakes that they make is trying to take all of their business goals and their business problems and try to fix them inside their social media strategy. They’ll have meetings and make plans on how to do things that really should be within the structure of their business and not within a social media strategy.

    To me, the easiest way to talk about how to post on Facebook is how not to post, and I always liked using this example from this zoo.

    How Do You Actually Post on Social Media

    So what does it look like to actually post properly on social media? You have to think about content and videos where everybody is at. Now, when you do video for your business, it needs to be professional, needs to be with professional cameras. You need to do it the right way and not just a phone in front of your face. You have to put thought and intention into what you’re creating. Need to create something that people actually want to watch. People actually want to engage with. You need to think about this content from outside of yourself, outside of your business and think about this content from the perspective of an average user of an average customer, people that are just walking through life, and how you can engage them and how you can help them do business with you.
